Sorry all this is a little late in posting. We’ve had a busy month! Katie is 6 months now, and she’s doing great! She’s almost 17 pounds now which dropped her down to the 60th percentile in her age group. She’s still getting longer and longer though! She’s 27-1/2 inches long keeping her in the 94th percentile! She is basically starting to be a lot more like Lilly! She’s still bigger than Lilly was at the same age, but not by much! She eats well, and is sleeping pretty good too. She’s sitting up with assistance. She just can’t seem to get up by herself! She’s good once you get her up until Lilly comes by and makes her crazy! They get along too well sometimes! We just love it! Katie is scooting on her belly. She hasn’t managed to really get her legs under her to crawl, but she does so a good belly scoot to get things in her immediate area. She’s very active with her hands. She sees almost anything and tries to grab it. Lilly’s hair is a favorite of hers these days! Still no hair for this kid, and we’re hoping it comes in any day now. She has a bit of fuzz up there, but nothing for all the cute clips and bows we have for her. She’s been a pretty healthy baby, and we’re just very fortunate with that. I remember ear aches, and my fingers are crossed that the girls don’t have to suffer though those! We all can’t wait for Christmas! More to come soon!!!!
IT IS SO HARD TO BELIEVE THAT KATIE IS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OLD ALREADY. WHERE DOES THE TIME GO? SHE IS JUST AS BEAUTIFUL AS LILLY. EXCEPT FOR THE LITTLE BALD HEAD SHE LOOKS JUST LIKE LILLY TO ME. I SURE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE GIRLS BEFORE THEY GET ALL GROWN UP WHICH I THINK NOW IS ABOUT THE AGE OF 4 OR 5. YALL ALL LOOK SO HAPPY AND I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT 2010.
