Our little Katie bug is 4 years old! This cute kid is 37 pounds and 41 inches tall. She is still holding true to being just slightly smaller than her sister. Her growth spurts happen just after her birthday where Lilly’s happen just before. No loose teeth! Katie has extremely blonde hair, and her goal is to have Rapunzel hair. I have been told I am not allowed to get it cut by this sassy little lady. Katie was officially accepted to the Pre-K program at the same elementary school her bigger sister is currently attending, and as sad as it is for us to say good-bye to her wonderful preschool, I will be happy to not make the 25 minute drive one way every morning! Katie already takes speech class at the school, and it will be nice to have it all done during school for her. Her speech is getting better, and all of us are understanding her much better. Santa gave the girls computers this past Christmas, and it is amazing to see how well Katie maneuvers around the computer. She is already better at it than her Papa! We left the girls know that we are planning a Disney Cruise, and they are looking up everything they can on the Disney website. Katie is a big fan of anything to do with Disney princesses. Her favorite princess is Ariel. Katie had her birthday party at her Nana and Papa’s pool. They live in a beautiful neighborhood near us that has an amazing pool. Katie decided that she wanted to have a swim party with Ariel stuff. I am happy to accommodate that! We are going to soak up this summer with as much fun as we can with swim lessons and tons of time at the pool. More to come from us soon!
