To begin, I must admit I love when Laura starts a conversation with the phrase “you won’t believe this”. I drop everything I’m doing and prepare myself for the whopper she’s about to lay on me. With those few words I know she is about to say something so crazy I’ll be scratching my head for weeks. Well, her latest “you won’t believe this” was about yet another fantastic story about someone following her. This time someone followed her from exit 16 on GA-400 to her doctors office a few exits away. She gave pretty good detail this time about how the car followed her into the doctors office parking lot, which is a huge parking deck and followed her as she parked, pulled out, parked again, pulled out, and finally parked for good. The pulling out and re-parking was because she thought the car was following her, so she decided to pull out and find another spot a couple of times to verify her suspicions. I suspect she will follow this up with her own depiction of what “really” happened, but beware, you will be reading the depictions of a crazy pregnant lady!
So yes this creepy guy was following me. First of all he had to stay right on my rear when driving down GA-400. Most people are rude on the highway, and I decided that it was nothing to worry about. Then he had to be right on my rear again when pulling off to get to the doctor. Again I thought that I’m not the only one in the world that has to go this way. So when he kept making the same turns into the doctor’s parking lot I got a little worried. I got very worried when this guys parked his Muzak van not in any parking spaces but right behind my car. I have no fancy vehicle, and I couldn’t understand what the fuss was over. So, I pulled out of the parking space and went to a different lot. This creep followed me over there. The whole time he’s doing this he’s talking on his cell phone. So I decided to go back to the closer lot where it was more out in the open in case this weirdo decided to try and pull something. Again he followed me over there, and parked his van in the same place as before. So, rather than be late to my appointment I decided to get out and go in. I stood there and stared at this guy for a moment just in case I needed to talk to some authority about my car or me. I had a great visual of him! Well, his van was still there when I came out of my appointment. He was not in his van that I could tell unless he was lying down in the back. I got the tag number down just in case my car started acting funny. Most guys if they think a girl is cute honk and wave. Some go so far as to honk and give crazy gestures. This guy, who knows what he was thinking, decided to stalk me! I’m not saying he thought I was cute, but he had a real creepy way of trying to get my attention! I’m really no drug dealer or anything crazy like that, but I would honestly say that this guy followed me like he was an undercover police officer and I was the suspect! I have no beef with law enforcement at all, and I think some of these ideas come from watching too much TV or too many movies! For whatever reason he felt the need to scare a pregnant lady, I just want to let him know that he did!
